Fazlul Haque Amini (born 1943) is an Islamist politician and Hanafi Islamic Scholar from Bangladesh. He served as a MP on the Parliament of Bangladesh[1] from 2002 to 2007. He is an expert in the fields of Islamic Jurisprudence (fiqh), hadith and tasawwuf. He also held a number of positions on the boards of Qaumi Madrasahs. At present, Mufti Amini is the Vice-chancellor of Jamia Qurania Arabia Lalbagh situated at Lalbagh, Dhaka, one of the largest Deobandi Islamic Schools of Bangladesh.

Mufti Amini is the chairman of on part of Islami Oikya Jote[2], also a leader of Tehreek-e-Khatme Nabuwwat. He was former component of the BNP-led four-party alliance.
